The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

We reserve the right to cancel any sales and end an sales procedere should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please note, that lots of cars from our database comming from other dealers. Those dealers do not hold cars ::: first come first serve !::: The following terms of sale apply to all of our car sales. MAKE SURE YOU RECIEVE THE SALES CONFIRMATION FROM CTM, BEFORE YOU GO IN ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTION.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, wire transfer (T/T), or 3rd-party cash financing. We do also accept irrevocable documentary L/C. We dont accept not confirmed L/C, checks or money transfer with Western union, Money Gram or Escrow. All funds must be in Euro or US dollars only. Please be sure you have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final order. Call us for more informations. Also, we do not operate as investment bankers, or provide any banking services. If you are in need of banking services or do business this way, unfortunately we will not be able to perform any business actions with your organization.

Deposit
The successful buyer will submit the deposit within 2 business days of the close of the sales to secure the vehicle. For any Deal between CTM and other companies contains more then one vehicle, a down payment of 50 percent from the total amount is required.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the sales. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
No Dealer Doc Fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the country that the vehicle will be registered. Also, we will not send any bank fees in advance, any and all bank fees will be deducted from the transfer itself.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges if the shipping is not confirmed inside the pricing for the selected car. We can provide shipping or we will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at +49-5461-969696 for more informations. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises in the port. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. CTM Germany has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sales. We send pictures and detailled informations to the buyer. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. (Used cars only)  But we do our best to deliver high quality.CTM Germany welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the sales procedere ending. We can help you with visa applications for that. Buyer is responsible for any additional inspection charges (flight, hotel etc.) and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by buyers. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.
